The Commonwealth's Attorney is the people's advocate, the attorney for the Commonwealth in Circuit Court in felony criminal actions. The Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney represents the citizens within their judicial district, and we proudly represent the 3rd Judicial Circuit, covering all of Christian County. Since taking office in January 2007, we have handled thousands of cases, showing a high conviction rate resulting in the most important statistic of all: increased public safety.

My office is responsible for prosecuting all felony cases that arise in Christian County for which the Grand Jury has returned a true bill of indictment. We handle a large variety of cases each year, ranging from theft to drug trafficking to violent offenses such as murder and every conceivable case in between. I am proud to introduce the team of professionals who tirelessly work everyday to serve you, making Christian County a safer place for all of our families to live.
